One address for everything
Emerald Chat support works by email, and that one inbox handles account questions, coin and payment problems, reports that need more context, privacy requests and appeals. A real person reads each message and replies to the address it came from.
Many common questions, like a camera that will not start or where the Reward Center sits, already have short answers in the help center. It is worth a quick look first, because a fix you can apply yourself is faster than any reply.
What to include, by topic
A little detail up front saves a round of back-and-forth. Match your message to the topic below.
- Coins or payments: your nickname, the day you bought coins, and the receipt or order number the checkout emailed you.
- A report about someone: their nickname if you saw it, roughly when the call or room happened, and what they did. Screenshots help.
- Account restricted: your nickname, the wording of the notice and your device. The ban guide has the full checklist.
- Privacy or deletion: write from the account email and say whether you want a copy of your data or want it erased. The privacy policy explains what we hold.
- Bugs: your device, browser and version, and what you tapped just before it went wrong.
Urgent and serious problems
If someone is threatening you or sharing images of you without consent, put that in the subject line so it is seen first, and include everything you have. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services before anything else; an email inbox is not an emergency line.
